1. Information you provide

We may receive information you choose to send to us, such as your email address, support messages, feedback, and files or content you submit when using a product feature.

2. Information processed by our products

• Online image tools: Images and related files you select may be processed to provide the requested editing, conversion, compression, cropping, or watermark-removal function.
• AlignScan: The app may request camera or photo-library access so you can capture, import, save, and export document images or PDF files.
• PureCam: The app may request camera and photo-library access so you can take and save photos with a selected background.
• LuckySpin: The app may store the choices and settings you create so the wheel can function.
• ClipSave: Copy & Sync: The app processes clipboard content you choose to save. When synchronization is enabled, saved clipboard content and related account or device information are transmitted and stored as needed to make that content available across supported devices. ClipSave is also available for Mac.

Your operating system controls device permissions. You can review or revoke permissions in your device settings, although some features may then stop working.

3. Website and technical information

When you visit our website or use an online service, we may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, operating system, requested pages, timestamps, referring pages, diagnostic events, and cookie or similar identifier information. We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our services.

5. Storage and retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide an ongoing feature such as synchronization, to maintain security and records, or to meet legal obligations. Retention can differ by product and data type. Locally saved photos, scans, PDFs, choices, or settings remain under the controls provided by your device or app. Synced ClipSave content may remain available until it is deleted through available product controls or a valid deletion request is completed, subject to limited backup, security, and legal retention.

6. Service providers and disclosures

We may use hosting, storage, analytics, error-reporting, email, distribution, and other technical service providers. They may process information for us only as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can also manage app permissions through your device settings and manage cookies through your browser. To submit a privacy request, contact us using the address below. We may need to verify the request.

9. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

10. International processing

Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
