1. Using our services

You may use our services only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the content you submit, scan, photograph, edit, save, synchronize, or share and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content.

2. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use a service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Upload, process, or share content that infringes another person’s rights.
• Attempt to bypass security, access controls, usage limits, or technical restrictions.
• Interfere with a service, introduce malicious code, or access systems without authorization.
• Reverse engineer or extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use automated methods in a way that places unreasonable load on our services.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you provide. You give Aitoolsoft a limited right to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the feature you request. This permission ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to limited backup, security, and legal retention.

4. Product permissions and third-party services

Some features require device permissions, an internet connection, app-store services, or third-party infrastructure. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their terms and policies. You are responsible for your device, network, and third-party charges.

5. Accounts and synchronized content

If a feature requires an account or enables synchronization, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your account information accurate and notify us if you believe it has been compromised. Do not send your password to support.

6. Availability and changes

We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the services, address security or legal requirements, or respond to operational needs. We aim to provide reasonable notice when a change materially affects an ongoing paid service, where practicable.

7. Purchases and subscriptions

If a product offers a purchase or subscription, the price, billing period, renewal terms, included features, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase. App-store purchases are also subject to the store’s billing and refund rules. Additional product-specific terms may apply and will be presented with the relevant offer.

8. Intellectual property

Aitoolsoft and its licensors own the services, software, design, branding, and related intellectual property, excluding your content. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the services as intended.

9. Feedback

If you send product ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of confidential information you clearly identify and that we separately agree to receive in confidence.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that every service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose. You should keep appropriate backups and review output before relying on it.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aitoolsoft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using a service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, security risk, legal requirement, nonpayment, or harm to users or services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version and revise the date above. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms, except where additional consent is required by law.

14. Governing law

Applicable governing law and dispute rules may depend on the Aitoolsoft entity providing a product and mandatory rights in your place of residence. Nothing in these terms limits consumer protections that cannot be waived. Product-specific terms may provide additional details.
